How do I cancel or edit an order?

If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it under "My Orders" or by contacting our customer service team. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped or due to a simple change of mind.

While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes after 24 hours of order placement, as processing may already have begun.
