I have been using this for awhile now and have had no issues with it. The slow start feature keeps the compound from flying off the panel and it holds a steady rpm under load.

This polisher is a solid tool for the price and performs well for both beginners and those who like to handle their own car detailing. The motor feels powerful and steady, and the variable speed settings make it easy to adjust depending on whether you’re buffing, polishing, or applying wax. It’s not overly heavy, which makes it easier to use for longer periods without fatigue. The detachable handle is a nice touch for getting into tighter areas, and it’s easy to swap out pads.

The results on the paint are smooth and professional-looking once you get the hang of the motion. It definitely speeds up the process compared to hand polishing. The only downsides are that it can get a bit warm during longer sessions, and the included pads aren’t the highest quality, so you might want to upgrade to better ones. The noise level is also a bit higher than expected, but not unbearable.

Iit’s a reliable, well-built machine that delivers great results for the cost. With a few small improvements in accessories and cooling, it could easily be a five-star product.
